Choose a time and schedule a post
Choose Schedule at the top of the composer, pick a date, a time and a time zone in the Schedule Post dialog, and confirm; the post is queued for that moment.
Last updated- Finish the post, then choose Schedule at the top of the composer.
- In Schedule Post, pick a date with Pick a date and a time, or tap one of the Best times chips.
- Check the Time zone field. It is the zone the time is read in.
- Choose Schedule Post. A receipt tells you how many channels it was scheduled to.
Best times and Suggest a time
The Best times chips come from your workspace's posting times (see Set your time zone and posting times). Suggest a time finds a free slot. Until you have your own audience data, a note says the suggestion is "Based on industry averages. Keep posting to unlock times from your own audience." Posting times are slots you declare; nothing here claims a time is best for your audience.
Post now, and what the button can say
Post now sits beside Schedule and queues the post for immediate publishing. If your workspace requires approval for this post, the button reads Send for review and the post waits for a reviewer before it is queued. Posts to Reddit or Discord are held for a safety review by default, whatever your approval setting.
If your workspace is at its posting limit, for example because it has no active plan, the composer says so before you confirm instead of letting the post fail later.
Posts you have already scheduled keep the time and the zone they were written with. Changing a zone in Settings only affects new posts.
If it did not work
A time in the past shows "Time is in the past" and asks for a future date and time. A time that does not exist in the zone you chose, because clocks skip forward that night, is refused with "Pick a schedule time that exists in the time zone you chose." Pick a different minute.
If the button is disabled, the reason is written beneath it. If publishing is paused for the workspace because a payment failed and the grace period ended, scheduling says so; see A payment failed.
