A scheduled post should never fail quietly
NioConnect is publishing software built around one belief: when a post cannot go out, you should know that, and know why.
Reliability is the product
People switch schedulers because the last one silently failed. NioConnect is built so that cannot happen quietly: every post has a visible state, and every failure has a reason.
- A closed set of post states
- A reconciler that heals stuck posts
- Honest platform availability
Built so that it cannot quietly go wrong
These are properties of the product, not promises about results.
One lifecycle for every post
A post is always in one state from a closed set, and Posted means the platform confirmed it. A failure carries a reason from a closed list, never free text.
The database is the record
Every scheduled post is stored first. A reconciler checks the queue against that record and heals anything that was left stuck.
Checked before it is saved
Each platform’s rules run before a post is queued, so a post known to break them is refused with the reason, not queued to fail later.
Published once
A retry looks at what the platform already has before it posts again, so a hiccup does not become a duplicate.
Availability, shown as it is
The platforms you can connect today are open, and the rest say Coming soon. Nothing is offered that cannot be connected.
AI drafts, you decide
An AI client can create a draft through MCP. It cannot publish immediately, and your approval rules still apply.
Three rules we do not bend
Say what happened
The status you see is the status the platform confirmed. Never optimistic.
Keep access sealed
Credentials are encrypted and never returned or logged. Revoke any key at once.
Teams only when needed
Approvals and roles stay off for a solo user and switch on when people join.
