How the 7-day trial works.
You do not get a stripped-down tier to sit on forever. You get the plan you chose, for 7 days, and these are its four rules.
7 days, on the plan you choose
Every plan starts with the same 7-day trial. You are not on a smaller version of the product during it: you get the tier you picked, with its channels, its seats and its approvals.
A card is required
The trial is a real subscription from the first minute, so it needs a payment method. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
It converts unless you cancel
When the 7 days are up, the plan bills at the price above. Cancel any time before then and you are charged nothing.
One trial per workspace, ever
A workspace that has already had a trial subscribes directly. We say this here rather than letting you find it at the checkout.
Cancel from settings, not from an email thread
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep the plan until then. Nothing is deleted when it ends: your posts, your channels and your customers stay readable.
If a renewal fails, publishing does not stop that day.
A failed renewal opens a 7-day window instead of switching the workspace off: everything already scheduled keeps going out, and the workspace carries a banner counting down to the day it stops. If the window runs out we tell every owner, publishing pauses, and each post that could not go out says exactly why.
