Can I see approvals on the calendar?
Yes. Posts waiting for review carry an In approval label until a reviewer signs off.
What if a scheduled post cannot be sent?
It moves to a failed state with a reason, and the card stays visible on the calendar.
Is there a limit on scheduled posts?
No. Posts per month are unlimited on every plan.
