Set your time zone and posting times
Your calendar and the times you type are read in your own time zone, and the workspace can declare its usual posting times for the composer to offer.
Last updated- Open Settings, then Profile, and find Your time zone.
- Choose a zone, or Use the workspace default, then choose Save time zone.
- The workspace Owner opens General for Default time zone, used by everyone who has not chosen their own.
- The Owner opens Posting times and uses Add a posting time, then Add time.
Time zones
Your own zone wins; if you have none, the workspace default applies; if there is no default, your browser's zone is used. In the composer you can still pick a different zone for one post. Posts you have already scheduled keep the time and the zone they were written with, so changing a setting never moves a post that is already queued.
Posting times
Posting times are the slots you declare as your usual ones. The composer offers them as Best times when you pick a time. A workspace can have up to 12, each change saves as you make it, and you can remove one at any time. If nobody has set any, the composer offers defaults, and says so; if you remove them all, it has nothing to suggest.
These are times you chose, not a prediction. Suggestions based on general averages say so in the composer until there is audience data of your own.
If it did not work
If you cannot see General or Posting times, they belong to the Owner. If a time field refuses a value, the message names the problem on the field itself. If a post went out at a time you did not expect, open it: its page shows the zone it was written for. See Choose a time and schedule a post.
