Read the audit log
The Audit Log lists every consequential action in your workspace, newest first, and nothing in it can be edited or deleted.
Last updated- Open Settings, then Audit Log. It is available to Owners and Admins.
- Read down the list. Each line says who did what, to which item, and when.
- Choose Load more to go further back.
What each line shows
A line gives the person, a plain description such as "invited" someone "as" a role or "created the API key" with its name, the identifier of the item acted on, the time, and the network address the action came from. Actions done by the system itself, for example the cleanup that recovers a stuck post, are attributed to a named system principal rather than left blank.
What is recorded
Among the things written here are channel connects and disconnects and health changes, invitations, role changes, removals and ownership transfers, approvals and rejections, posts cancelled, edited, withdrawn or rescheduled, media uploads and deletions, API keys created, rotated and revoked, AI clients authorized, emergency stops and lifts, time zone, name and approval setting changes, and plan changes.
The log only grows. An entry is permanent; nothing here can be edited or deleted, so it can answer who changed this, and who approved it, long after the fact.
If it did not work
If the log says "Nothing recorded yet", nothing consequential has happened: inviting a member, changing a role or creating a customer will appear here. Use Check again to reload. If Audit Log is not in your Settings, your role does not include it. The newest entries appear first, so use Load more rather than scrolling for older ones.
